Product Manager for Digital Customer Experiences – Creating Value for Customers and Business
Do you want to develop digital services that make it easier for customers to understand, choose, and use our offerings – while simultaneously creating clear value for the business? Here, you will combine customer insights, product leadership, and digital development in a role where your priorities are reflected in both customer experience and results.
We are now looking for a business-driven Product Manager who wants to take responsibility for a selection of our digital customer interfaces and drive development from needs and ideas to solutions that create measurable utility. You will have the mandate to prioritize, follow up on, and develop digital products in close collaboration with operations, product owners, UX, analytics, and development – and become a key part of how Tekniska verken, Bixia, and MSE meet customers digitally.
As a Product Manager, you work in a development environment where we build upon our product-oriented way of working. You create direction, balance customer needs and business goals, and help teams prioritize what yields the greatest impact. Your days will include:
- Taking responsibility for the prioritization, development, and follow-up of a selection of digital products and customer interfaces
- Translating customer insights, data, and business goals into clear roadmaps, decisions, and next steps
- Creating common direction between business, operations, UX, analytics, and development
- Contributing to more cohesive, proactive, and data-driven customer experiences
Together with engaged product owners and development teams, you are responsible for realizing the product roadmap, following up on impact, and ensuring that we deliver solutions that strengthen both the customer experience and the business.

We believe you will succeed in the role if you have:
- A university education in fields such as industrial economics, civil engineering, systems science, economics, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading the development of digital products, services, or customer-facing solutions
- Ability to balance customer needs, business utility, and technical prerequisites
- Proven ability to create momentum and direction in cross-functional teams
It is meritorious if you have experience with agile working methods, product ownership, digital sales, UX, analytics, or project and management models. Most importantly, you want to create utility together with others, have a strong customer and business focus, and thrive taking responsibility for direction, prioritization, and results.
